Chinese Oven Roasted Barbecue Turkey Legs

  Chinese barbecue sauce -- see recipe

  vegetable cooking spray

Heat oven to 325F. Spray a 13x9 inch baking tray.

Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a shallow pan. Dredge the turkey legs in flour mixture.

Heat oil in large skillet and brown turkey legs on all sides. Transfer to prepared dish.

Pour the sauce over legs. Cover with heavy foil and bake 1 hour.

Uncover and bake another hour spooning sauce over turkey until legs are cooked through.
