Chinese Ham and Sweet Potatoes

Heat oven to 350ºF. Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Mix the orange juice, peel, mustard, brown sugar, soy sauce and five spice powder together in a measuring cup. Put ham in the middle of a baking dish and layer sweet potatoes on the side of the ham. Pour sauce over ham and sweet potatoes. Cover tightly. NOTES : Use two to three large oranges for the juice. Makes 8 servings. |
