NOTES : A true Chicago hot dog has a bright neon green relish that you can find on line. The hot dog must be all beef and have a casing which gives the hot dog its snap. Vienna makes the hot dogs, green relish, and sports peppers. After living in Chicago I can tell you they are as fanatical about their hot dogs as they are about their Cubs.
