Cheesy Potatoes

  low sodium cheddar cheese -- shredded

  low-fat sour cream

  freeze-dried chives

  salt

Put potatoes in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Drain.

Mix cheese, sour cream, chives, and salt together.

Put drained potatoes back in saucepan and add butter and sour cream mixture. Stir until butter is melted and sauce and potatoes are combined.
