  garlic salt

  unsalted butter -- melted

  Dijon mustard

  2% low-fat milk

  cup

 low sodium cheddar cheese -- shredded


Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix dry ingredients together.

Add butter, Dijon, and milk and mix together.

Add cheese and mix.

Roll out until 1/4 inch thick. Cut into triangles and roll up.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden.
