  Guinness Beer

  2% low-fat milk

  low sodium cheddar cheese -- shredded

n medium sauce pan melt butter on low heat. Whisk in flour and cook stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes until a roux forms. Be careful not to brown the flour.

Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and cayenne and mix until smooth.

Add beer and whisk to combine.

Add milk and whisk until combines and sauce is smooth.

Gradually add cheese stirring constantly until a smooth sauce is formed.

Toast bread and pour over toast. You can place under broiler and toast the cheese spread if you like.
