Caramel Apple Rolls

Toss diced apples with the lemon juice to prevent them turning brown. Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and heat to boiling stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add apples, raisins and nuts and mix well. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk to form a glaze. Drizzle over hot rolls. |
