Toss diced apples with the lemon juice to prevent them turning brown.

Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and heat to boiling stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add apples, raisins and nuts and mix well.

Roll out bread dough on a floured board or cloth into a 12x8 inch rectangle.

Spread fruit mixture onto bread dough. Roll up from long side and pinch edges together to seal. Cut into 12 one inch slices.

Spray a nine inch round cake pan. Place slices, cut side down, in a cake pan. Let rise in a warm place until doubled.

Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk to form a glaze. Drizzle over hot rolls.
