all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 375º.

Mix honey, molasses and brown sugar together until creamy.

Add egg and mix well.

Add the flour and spices and mix well.

Add nuts and candied fruit and mix until well distributed.

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets and flatten slightly.

Bake for 11 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
