Butter and Chives Potatoes

  Yukon Gold potatoes -- cubed

  unsalted butter

  salt

  tablespoon

  dried chives

  white pepper

Place potatoes in boiling water for 15 to 18 minutes or until tender.

Drain potatoes and put back into pot.

Add remaining ingredients and stir until butter has melted and potatoes are coated.

Makes 8 servings.
