Broiled Lobster Tails

  lemon pepper

Preheat the broiler.

With sharp shears cut the top side of the lobster shell lengthwise.

Mix butter, salt, and lemon-pepper together and spread on lobster.

Broil six inches away from heating element for 5 to 10 minutes or until meat is opaque.
