Broccoli and Garlic

  garlic -- finely minced

  grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Cut broccoli florets. Peel the stems and cut into 2 inch pieces.

Heat water to boiling and place broccoli in a steamer making sure water doesn't touch the bottom of the steamer. Steam for 10 to 15 minutes.

Melt butter in saucepan and add olive oil and garlic. Cook until garlic is golden.

Add broccoli and mix to coat completely.

Serve with cheese over top.
