| Combine marinade ingredients in a heavy Ziploc bag. Add salmon and turn to coat all sides. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Heat broiler. Place salmon on foil wrapped tray and broil 5 to 7 minutes per side until fish flakes. Makes 4 servings. |
