Heat oven to 400°F.

Grease or use baking cups for 12 muffins.

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon together.

Mix butter, milk, and eggs together.

Add wet mixture to dry and mix until combined.

Add blueberries to batter and fold gently.

For streusel mix all ingredients together until crumbly. 

Fill muffin tins to the top and sprinkle with streusel.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
