Biscuits and Sausage Gravy

 poultry seasoning

 all-purpose flour

 2% milk


Cook sausage until browned. Drain.

Add butter to frying pan and heat until melted.

Add flour, pepper, cayenne, and poultry seasoning. Cook until blended.

Slowly add milk stirring constantly.

Bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Add sausage and heat through.

Split the biscuits and serve gravy over them.
