Basic Meatballs

Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl put the bread crumbs and red wine letting the bread soak for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and gently work with your hands to combine. Don't over mix or the meatballs will be tough. Make one inch balls and place on a rack over a baking pan or on a broiler pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through and golden. Makes 6 Servings. |
