Banana Oatmeal Muffins

  bananas -- mashed

  vegetable cooking spray


Heat oven to 400°F.

Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in egg and milk.

Mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice together.

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until combined.

Add bananas and stir just until combined.

Spray muffin tine or line with paper liners.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
