Heat oven to 375F. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, eggs and bananas. Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla extract, walnuts and chocolate chips. Mix until blended but don't over beat. Spray a 9x9x2 inch square pan. Spread mixture evenly. Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes clean. Makes 16 servings. |
