Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix applesauce, eggs, margarine, bananas, brown sugar and vanilla extract together. Beat until fluffy.

Add the baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt and allspice and mix well.

Add flour and nuts. Mix until incorporated.

Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Add batter and bake in a 350°F oven for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of bread comes clean.

Cool bread on wire rack.
