Baked Butternut Squash

  butternut squash -- seeded and diced

  brown sugar -- packed

  cinnamon

  nutmeg

  unsalted butter -- melted

  tablespoon

  maple syrup

Heat oven to 400°F.

Mix butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together.

Toss squash in butter mixture.

Place in a 2 quart casserole and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
