Asian Sausage and Potatoes - Vegetarian

  Lawry's Asian Seasoning

  boiling water

Cook potatoes in boiling water for ten to twelve minutes.

In large frying pan melt butter and cook onions until browned.

Add mushrooms, sausage, and potatoes to onions in frying pan. Cook until potatoes and sausages are browned and mushrooms have softened.

Add paprika, Dijon and Asian seasoning and stir to coat vegetables and sausages.
