Asian Garlic Potatoes

 shallot -- minced

 garlic -- minced

 Lawry's Asian Seasoning

Boil potatoes until fork tender.

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add shallots, ginger and garlic. Cook until softened. Add Asian seasoning and stir until blended.

Drain potatoes and add butter sauce. Stir to coat potatoes.
