| Melt butter is frying pan or wok. Add shallots, garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook until softened and water evaporates. Add soy sauce and seasoning and cook stir until vegetables are coated and sauce is heated through. Makes 4 servings. |
