Cook noodles according to direction. Drain. Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, sherry, and cornstarch together until smooth. Add pork and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add pork and cook until brown. Remove from pan. Add garlic, ginger, and five-spice powder. Cook for 30 seconds. Add white parts of onions, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until softened. Add pork back to wok along with tomatoes and mandarin oranges. Heat through. Add noodles and stir to combine. |
