 ham -- extra lean -- fully cooked and sliced

  orange marmalade

  low sodium soy sauce

  teaspoon

  five-spice powder

  teaspoon

  ground cloves

  dark brown sugar -- packed

  teaspoon

  Dijon mustard

  tablespoon

  plum sauce


Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix marmalade, soy sauce, five-spice, cloves, brown sugar, dijon mustard and plum sauce together.

Put ham in small casserole dish and pour sauce over the ham and brush on all sides. Allow some to drip down into the slices.

Cover casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
