Heat oven to 350°F. Sift the cake flour, and salt together. In large bowl beat the egg whites, cream of tartar, and extracts together until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Add the flour mixture in batches and gently fold in. Do not grease the pan. Spoon the batter carefully into pan and smooth top. Bake for 35 minutes or until skewer inserted halfway between the inner and outer wall comes out clean. Invert the cake pan and let cool upside down for at least an hour before removing from pan.
