Cook macaroni according to instructions. Drain and cool. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, and celery seeds together in a small bowl. Mix cooled macaroni, celery, green pepper, and carrots together. Pour dressing over macaroni mix and combine. Makes 6 servings. |
