Aloha Fish Kabobs

Sauce |

Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside. On skewers alternate the fish, mushrooms, pineapple, green onions, and red bell pepper. Baste with sauce on one side. Cook over hot coals or under a broiler for about 5 minutes. Baste and turn skewers over and cook another 4 minutes. Notes: If using wooden skewers make sure to soak them in water for 1/2 hour. Makes 8 servings. |
